At 30 cents, Kim will rake in $65 mil in a buyout...he sells kblb and as hope suggested, Kim will retain the rights to whatever he and candy cane are cooking up and deal with that as a private company that he will fund himself...

If I were kim, that’s exactly what I would do....



So the share price was at $0.50+ prior to the reverse split announcement. After 10+ years of trying to build the company, starting large scaled production, etc and seeing what the RS authorization did to the share price, you would sell the company for $0.30/share instead of, say, rescinding the RS authorization and letting the share price run on that news alone first, at a minimum? Makes more sense to you to leave it in place and take $0.30/share instead of letting it run back up to $0.50+/share and take $1+/share instead?

This is one of those times where I'm glad shareholders aren't making the call.
