That's irrelevant to what would happen to the pps right after a negative court decision was released - we're not talking about the long term viability of AMRN here. In any case, we have no idea what kind of agreements AMRN has with API suppliers - I doubt they contain more than a minimum annual buy level, AMRN can't afford to say we'll buy as much as you can make when they don't know real demand in advance.
