Perhaps you might be letting your betting strategy get in the way of your thinking...Inducement would be understandable to a second grader in this situation...There is no reasonable other explanation that would fuel the generics' wishes...Without conversion of the scripts into the CVD indication there is no rationale for the generics to continue..Without the CVD indication the rewards are paltry..
