This is confusing... but the parties, who are infringing on Amarin's patents are the generics...the Docs are not the infringers...but the generics are culpable for inducing the Docs to prescribe off label... by their announcements of their prospective goals of $70 million ....the only possible way for the generics to achieve this goal would be if the Docs were to prescribe off label, which is precisely what they are encouraging!
