1) If Biogen thought Anavex had something of value, they surely would not tell Ananex to go do more before they partner. Why do I say that? Because if Biogen actually saw any value, they wouldn't want to risk losing a deal to a competitor.

2) Apparently Biogen hasn't been able to get anything right except become one of the two largest biotech companies in the world with 12 approved drugs and a market cap of $50 billion.
