Thanks for that info, also no one here really knows the arrangement between the two companies as for court costs/fees, do they. It's possible for one to decide they have seen enough, but realizing that dropping out now isn't going to stop their legal fees.
Also, unlike BB, I can't imagine that the company is going to ask for a summary judgment 'today or Tuesday' (or any other damn day) for that would make an appeal request to a higher court much more likely, do you agree?
