Aphria and Aurora don't supply Demecan. Here's an article that explains things:
https://mjbizdaily.com/germany-sets-wholesale-medical-cannabis-price-at-2-3-euros-per-gram-signaling-no-windfall-for-suppliers/

The three of them have been awarded the tender to supply the German Govt from domestic cultivation. The price for the German grown weed is shown to be quite low as told by the article. This could still be good for Canada and exporters to Germany because there's not a great deal of value in cultivating domestically in Germany. There are also many avenues such as Pharmacy suppliers etc. that will be able to import weed to supply German medical needs.

Not sure where you are finding that information. This article states:

"Aphria, Aurora and Demecan selected for German medical cannabis cultivation"

https://mjbizdaily.com/aphria-aurora-demecan-german-medical-cannabis-cultivation/

There is only one supply agreement mentioned about Invictus to demecan. Very limited information.

That is True EU-GMP approval is imminent once they can fund Phase 3 East completion. Imagine they are hunting for funding and like I mentioned to Third Leg need to sell off some Inventory at AP (if they haven’t begun to already) imo
