What's good about it is it improves the balance sheet and its also extremely unlikely they sell those shares so soon. They would have to file a form 4 for the sale, and that would be an incredibly bearish filing. It's not happening. They were happy to take shares instead of a cash salary because they believe in the company and expect it to grow.
