i don't know because there is no public record of this kind of thing. personally, i think that if there is such a meeting it will be the sec humoring the company. never in the history of suspensions has the sec said "oh, never mind". in the last 20 years i can only remember 1 mistake by the sec and suspensions. about a year ago a company was suspended one day and the suspension was cancelled the next day. it seems there were two companies with the same name and they got the wrong one.

RaTrade, am I being too optimistic, but does it not seem like maybe a positive that FINRA and the SEC would even have a phone conference with the CEO?
