If anything perhaps get a reason why at this moment in time $ELTZ was suspended, SEC could have waited few more months likely filings may have been current for the LOI. Just a guess what the conference is about...

...am I being too optimistic, but does it not seem like maybe a positive that FINRA and the SEC would even have a phone conference with the CEO?
