Difficult to say whether Huawei have dropped the whole application for good. I doubt it personally.
Think they just need to put together a good case for how they will attend to the environmental issues.
If they don't, they will have a bit of a white elephant on their hands.

Regardless, LP appears to have closed a good deal...

With respect to the 17 acres, I still think LP wants to hang on to that, unless her hand is forced. Just my opinion.
