I thought they made a trade with oilex...but there was no Pr confirming they closed the deal..it was suppose to close 9/30/2019 or around there...

Because they were sold out of henc to another company henc does not own the pels anymore. Few physical assets. Maybe some furniture on the 6th floor at Hollowman in houstion.
