No doubt, this information as well as mineral rights and more is part of 800 plus documents that are redacted and court-sealed. In my view, the investors who signed timely releases own all of the former Estate assets.
I believe the ownership of these assets (last link in chain of title to prove ownership) were all transferred to a DST between the summer of year 2007 and January 18, 2008 when WMIIC was dissolved.
However, just the mere fact this is addressed proves that there are assets in restricted subsidiaries that are not evaluated and shown to the public in a so-called public traded company.
