That’s a good point. I admit it makes DBMM look better as they are pushing back wanting it over as much as the SEC wants to have it reviewed. Def a good move on their part I must admit

Yeah just like I said before, I am pretty sure DBMM wants to put this behind them now and forever and never to revisit it again... it wasn't worth it and they have surely learned their lesson... let's make history with their final win cos the sec. really went too far unnecessarily but then again they need to do their jobs... DBMM I am pretty confident, will never repeat this mistake cos they'd be done...
