I’m sure Amarin would settle for a modest some a la Teva but these generics have gone piggy, so they are going to get roasted in all likelihood. That does not mean there is no risk that could be eliminated with a reasonable settlement. Remember, this is business.

As H suggests, why not destroy generics in court once and for all, instead of kicking the can down the road? If they settle, next generic hack will request the same ransom. But if you beat them in court, that won't happen again.

Yes, you say there is a risk but all the arguements are laughable and don't have a realistic chance.
