IF IF IF part of your closing on a house(WMI/WMIH/COOP BK CLOSURE) was required that you clean up the back yard(distribute shares) then the contract (BK) is not done or conditions have not been met yet!!!!!!!!!

Once all is handle then we start to move into the REAL HOUSE COOP/WMIH/WMI as one big HAP HAP HAPPY FAMILY

Thankfully the brokers are not charging a “fee” for this “corporate action”. Could be between 20 to 30 bucks.
I have had cases where the fee exceeds the actual distribution , so you lose money with a “distribution”.
