In case you haven't been following BRNE....Filbert was receiver...submitted a plan and case was closed last year. Share structure has never changed. Not sure about the validity of Goldmine but clearly there was a merger...or someone has forged the document. That said, I think I will hold some to see what comes of all of this (been holding low trips for a really long time anyways). BRNE still active on NVSOS. I suspect more info to follow after this filing. Of course that could take months. But good to see something happening here...heck a move from trips to 002 is great but this one can go penny or higher with this share structure.

Agree...most everything is a scam in the OTC...but that doesn't mean you still can't make $$$$ on these low floaters....folks come along and manipulate all the time. Preload, wait, sell/profit...repeat, right?

Must have been delay. Now it is listed in Nevada under GOLDMINE INVESTMENT ENTERPRISES, LLC so it is legit I just can not find any info on company.
