Isn't July 5 before dilution so your not comparing market caps, I think you need to drop that price by $1.10 for market cap comparison, still valid point that we area at a lower market cap but it was 18.72 a week before the 23.91 and 2 weeks later was in the 18's.

No, this stock isn't manipulated.

I agree, but one has to concede that going to trial is a negative outcome. The odds-weighted expectation on July 5, 2019 would have been for a settlement.

The stock was heavily manipulated before the ADCOM and FDA decision

Now that both of those have passed,

the stock price is primarily based on "hope" of a BO

OR

without that hope,

the stock price is based on Vascepa sales

A settlement with the generics may help the stock price a little

but I wonder about potential appeals
