Still misleading. That same law prevents them from selling should they know at this point that the Aon fnding and all other fell through, or they found a significant technical problem. As far as I am concerned the inside information they are sitting on is likely bad (bankruptcy, reverse split, dilution to 1 billion shares, etc) rather than good.
