Thanks Mag....don't see it listed as denied but rather current.....my thought is it may not have been denied....it's not listed with the others that ent befor the court last Fri.....question ....don't they list all denials at one time on the following monday or is it there practice to add to the list of denials during the week following ?

SCOTUS has already granted 3 cases-that is a big list for that conference, and it seems that may be all that get granted. Very few get through and I think we are good.

Magnus, any idea on a timeline for this particular issue since it was distributed and nothing seems to have been done with it yet? Does it just sit there waiting and if so how long? 3 months, 6 months, indefinitely? You may not have the answer but thought I would ask the question.

Now I see...They have petitioned the Federal Circuit Court and got a hearing.

Hopefully this will not delay the Trial versus COX Communications.
