Thank you.. I see it says spring to Summer 2020. So I'm guessing that could mean anywhere from Spring to end of August?

Yup.....and they also anticipated Guelph would be open in November of last year and Tuscon would be open by August 26 of 2019.

Roger is good at anticipating, he practices all the time. For some reason, he never anticipates right.
