Guess someone needs to splain that to the UW's then, they MUST THINK there is or they would NOT have spent penny one fighting this and HOSEN WOULD have asked the court to just put em class 22.

OH and along the lines of HOSEN not doing just that to SAVE the ESTATE some money, he imho BREACHED HIS FIDUCIARY DUTY to the estate
