Everything about GMGI looks great ... except

for the 2,800,000,000 Outstanding shares. Not AS, but OS. The only way they can get that number down is the inevitable RS. And, an RS is like Clay ... price killer. I will watch it. Thanks for the tip and taking the time to mention it to me.
