I believe substantial revenue-contract news will come before the end of fiscal year filings imo. With the current share structure any substantial news regarding revenue will increase investors desire to add a position here.Long term short term it doesn't matter.This is set up for a very strong run. I would double think waiting until .20 to try and add a position here again. A PR could pop at any time. I'll be watching closely as well and will start accumulating more if the PPS is manipulated down much more. GLTU
