Never... OK, you seem to know more than I, What is SC13DA? Is this the reason behind acquiring additional shares, that BSX has to report with the SEC?

Never...Further speculation is that if they are listed in SC13DA then my guess is a buyout is at hand as they or whoever is listed knows that they will get burnt by dilution as BSX has in the past.

Is this statement contradictory? I really do not mean to fine fault,
just trying to clarify exactly your meaning. Maybe I read it wrong.

Never Post... I've looked ( all in the wrong places ) and can not fine the party that blew that wad of cash. Have you come up with a name? I'm stumped.
