Just an FYI, BSX ownership is at minimal amount due to multiple reverse splits. Sits at 11,817 shares (original investment was 11,817,000 shares) unless they had additional purchases or they increased their position by participating in the recent $10M offering.

SC13DA due this next week, if participants held their shares.

Further speculation is that if they are listed in SC13DA then my guess is a buyout is at hand as they or whoever is listed knows that they will get burnt by dilution as BSX has in the past.

There has to be a reason that the offering participants had their names redacted.

SC13DA due ten days from occurrence of acquisition of more the 5% of company shares.
