I and other shareholders of NEWC watched the PPS get pummeled every day like what’s going on with VSYM and at the same time JC was releasing bogus press releases and till this day NOT ONE event he claimed would happen with coal or SAS has come to fruition. 7 years later, Zero sales, zero license. Zero income... all the while reports were showing NEWC with O/S of 300 million yet every day there was relentless selling and over time 10’s of BILLIONS of shares were sold and almost every day crazy T trade prints were happening. You look at VSYM and since the JC inception what has happened ? PPS at .0038 and now a new 52 week low, 20 plus press releases with ZERO substance, BILLIONS of shares sold over the past 6 months, relentless T trades prints at the EOD. Does this Look familiar? Go look a past NEWC press releases on SAS 2-7 years ago and you will see they are similar to the VSYM press releases this year? Wash,Rinse.Repeat just now with a different symbol? BTW I lost in excess of multiple six figures. In hindsight my buys were their sells..

J. Campo did not do any reverse splits with his previous company.

Reverse splits are pretty much extinct now. Only 20 splits in all of 2019.
