Not so rat. The shares mentioned are options. They only acquire them by exercising those options at $0.15 Canadian. There is no mention of any other form of compensation so I’m assuming the options are the sole source of compensation.
We’ve acquired some heavy hitters who are well connected and who bring much needed expertise to the company. As a bonus, these guys now have a huge incentive to move this company Northward. Hopefully, they can purchase shares at a $0.15 when it’s trading at a buck a share. You can bet that’s their desire and objective as well.
