the risk now is will the custodian refile a petition in whatever state to reacquire the shell? whatever happens it'll take time and the penny markets hate that.

i'll have some bids in to take some deeply discounted shares. in the end embr has become a very risky play because if this custodian doesn't reattempt it could be a long time before another steps to the plate. imo the insiders are long gone so no hope of them coming back attempting to pump it.


embr has so much potential and had i such high hopes for what could've been. a good trader never sets an opinion in stone but reevaluates often to hold or cut ties.
