I don't think their would be a court injunction, FDA would send a cease and desist letter to AMRN and perhaps a demand for a fine. AMRN would sue, I don't think the judge would grant an injunction. I think it would go a lot quicker than most trials though I agree the trial process takes forever.

But in addition this would not be a case the FDA would want to lose... so I bet the FDA just kind of wouldn't do anything.
