Depends on how one looks at it. Why waste time and money in something that maybe appears to the company as negative business move. I say it is a smart decision and doesn't necessarily mean they are not making progress moving forward. Concentrate on Vivis, get that acquisition done and start generating revenue with that product first. JMO
