If you have any suggestions on how they could break out "simple charges" for multiple plans with varying user bases, feel free to send them to the company. I'm quite sure they would be excited at the opportunity to "simplify" things.

I guess it's because they expect true investors to be educated enough that they don't have to spoon feed it to them. Try some DD or call IR.
