LTI's will be issued to Equity only after the last class above them is paid in full.

As has been stated, Class 18 will only receive 85% of their claim because there are not sufficient assets.

This means there is no more cash to be distributed after this last distribution; ie, no LTI's for Equity.

Also the cash in the DEE is a "de minimus" amount, meaning it's a negligible amount resulting from fractional shares.

This isn't Rocket Science....good grief!!!!
