i don't follow your thought on this ? if they pay their lawyer with shares/convertible to high... that is a deal between attorney - client.
what does that have to do with our common shares? if the attorney just took cash for his work and then bought those shares would you think differently? my brain is missing something on this subject... hahaha cheers
