Marker in and of itself has zero value because its not a security like WM.They are there to recognize the original shareholders who signed releases on the Effective Date.They are the original estate holders who would benefit from the estate after all liabilities are gone.LT took around $930 mm cash to distribute to creditors.Now that story is complete with class 18 payments.Now LT can proceed with updating books and records,distribute LTI's as per POR7 to classes 19 and 22.

LTI is not cash or equity,JMO.
