I hope you're correct that a "BIG BANG is coming rather quickly"

I also hope that the event maximizes the value of BIEL and the rewards gained are fairly distributed between majority and minority shareholders, and are not siphoned off by the family through some compensation or note for share scheme like was deemed illegal by the SEC.
