I don't want to hurt anyones feelings on the board but I am not a big Budhoff fan..Not a fan of his study EVAPORATE..

I would not want him arguing a case based on concepts..and I do not think he is the sharpest knife in the Amarin knife drawer or anywhere close to it..Not sure his understanding of CVD goes much beyond the old gunked up ateries theory...

Much rather see Bhatt or Miller....or anyone else...

Bouf: Your assumption is correct. Such an issue would have been explored at great length during pretrial discovery.
