Yes Aurora will turn because sales will increase substantially in 2020 and the P/E ratio will look much more attractive ! !

Again, I agree completely. Aurora will have grown into it's promise, which brought the stock to that level before.

Serious question for which I do not know the answer: If you expect the PPS of the stock to go up 600% within 2 years, about what percentage will $2 calls for January 2022 rise? Double that? thanks

but does that include 2 years of dilution of shares outstanding? One fear is that they'll finance operations using dilution and the peanut butter will get spread over too much bread.
