I think news of the audit being finalized followed immediately by the up-list will be the game changer and catalyst that will drive this stock. Everything else is very important...publishing, distribution, and more game board cafes as well. The biggest item on the list however, is having a third party auditing firm confirming the integrity of the numbers on the financials (the up list). This will get the attention of many, they will know this company means business. Then the story can be told with validation. The institutional investors will jump on board...there is growth here. Just the game board publishing by itself is enormous. Publishing, distribution, and board game cafes. This has unlimited upside potential. Being impatient is not going to make it happen any faster. When there is fear, there are golden opportunities. I have more shares then I really need however, people keep selling at these ridiculously low prices...I will keep buying.

Market and Minority SH DEFINITELY need news in the form of official PRS from FUNN Execs.

First and foremost, they need PRs that indicate that they are completing sales, the number of units, the dollar value of the order, and expected date of fulfillment.

They also need to give the market and minority SH the date when the FY19 audit will actually be completed AND MEET THAT DEADLINE.

We dont need news. We need audit finalized, up list and spinoff dividends. We need to see ktu sold out.im afraid what I am asking for is unattainable
