Well, that depends.
American people are probably more prone to wasting money on expensive coffee/tea compared to Chinese people.
How many people in China even live in urban areas where there is a Luckin Coffee? 30%? And how many of those people can actually afford to buy that coffee?

It's also difficult to compare a domestic chain with about 4,000 small boths to an international chain with 30,000 stores across the globe.

Luckin Coffee feels expensive tbh. It has only existed for about 2 years, and could have a bright future. But can you really justify that market cap? It feels ridiculous.
