Well, I will assert that the old auditor is out and audited '19 will NOT take 6 months...up to half of that.

We're all still waiting on that to ever happen. FUNN still apparently has some serious accounting issues to tackle based on the supposedly missing revenue in past audits, the ongoing failure to complete the 2019 audit, etc.

FUNN needs some significant, consecutive, tangible, on-time wins to bring confidence and MOMO back to where it should be.

That's why I have been stressing the audit needs to be caught up so we can uplist.
