I think there might be some confusion between Sinister CBD which according to the PR is part of IGEX and the merger with Sinister Labs which, as far as I can tell, has not been completed/announced yet. Merger not complete yet.

From the PR:The company remains confident in closing the pending Sinister Labs merger. In Preparation, the company has acquired Sinister CBD as a wholly owned subsidiary of IGEX.

Sinister Labs has products worldwide. Sinister CBD does not at this time.

Might explain the low volume sideways trading?
