And IGEX issued Restricted Shares to procure SinFit... and as stated, Sinfit is NOW a subsidiary OF $IGEX, what is there to actually think about?

We own SinFit... There should be no question whether the merger is done, we own Sinfit and they are a part of this company.

To merger just makes Sinfit a public enterprise and a trading vehicle for those fitness junkies that want some action.

Bottomline is SINFIT is IGEX and nothing some say will change that fact...
