I believe you have hit the proverbial nail on the head nowwhat. The baby boomers (I’m gen x) never bothered to understand money because the ate like pigs at the trough of the social spending bucket. I wrote a paper in university about this situation (got an A) and traced all the ballooning deficits and government accumulation of debt, the building of infrastructure like schools and roads and stuff straight to that generation. Now they whine that government services are being cut back. I love your theory, and I’d like to think I got a little bit of their money too....lol
