Anything that was NOT seized and belonged to WMI, was accounted for during the BK. The BK remote assets have been identified and we are not the owners of those. If now, us former equity holders were to receive money of any size, IT SHOULD HAVE WENT TO THOSE CLAIMS HIGER THAN US! Therefore, fraud would have occurred, IMO.
