if I can recollect, we had guesstimated 68 million fully diluted. Steve posted the debt remaining was profit to the lenders and they would tame the selling. which I think they did by holding 01 as a base and milking out the shares. I have a gut we are close and it looks like the seller cfgn periodically raises the ask and doesn't dump large to bid so maybe his shares are depleting.
