if I can recollect, we had guesstimated 68 million fully diluted.
Steve posted the debt remaining was profit to the lenders and they would tame the selling. which I think they did by holding 01 as a base and milking out the shares.
I have a gut we are close and it looks like the seller cfgn periodically raises the ask and doesn't dump large to bid so maybe his shares are depleting.

if we see an influx of Nancy no goods and a break of $8,500 we may be in for some silver!!
and aren't quarterly financials due soon?
