Any Creditor wishing to participate in the interim dividend must lodge his proof of debt with the Official Liquidator

The div was for note-holders, NOT common shareholders.

I thought it was pretty clearly explained then, as well as on seekingalpha in the comments, on the day of the '$40 div announcement'.

Of course this being iHUB, HYPE & PUMP tends to win over reason & rational analysis.
