Grand Court FSD Cause No 201 Of 2015 TAKE NOTICE that the Joint Official
Liquidators intend to declare an interim dividend. Any Creditor wishing to participate in the interim dividend must lodge his proof of debt with the Official Liquidator no later than 7 January 2020, failing which you will be excluded from the interim distribution, but you will not be excluded from any subsequent distribution or the
final distribution.
