I have been in this trade for several years. Initial position established at .0001 and trimmed some at .015. I do not believe the shares are worth anything less than .01 even with the delays and rumors. That being said, it does not take a legitimate builder two years to break ground on a flagship development and most promising revenue stream in company history. I think the failures of past management teams and years of balance sheet neglect are the biggest problem. LIGA was built from the ground up without issuing new shares even when the stock was up thousands of percentage points and the company could have cashed in on those gains. Instead, the buildout and improvement of the balance sheet has taken longer than many expected. No one on this board, including me, could have navigated a .0001 pps company with a pile of debt and near zero cash to .015 pps in a two years without issuing billions of shares or signing highly toxic debt that when converted would drive shares back to .0001 in a matter of weeks. Management may not have been prepared for success given the situation was so dire when they arrived. They overpromised and under delivered with the housing starts which has caused some negative goodwill among investors and the share price reflects this attitude. I am holding strong because the underlying assets, management team’s experience and potential for multiple blockbuster income streams far outweighs the potential for the share price to drop much further. We have put in the bottom for 2020 already and share price will settle in between .0035 and .005 in the next 45 days. Management must respond to reasonable shareholder questions especially when it comes to delays in the major revenue driver for the company. I would like to hear more discussion of the balance sheet, debt, potential larger partners being brought in to speed up the building process and status of other revenue streams that seem to have taken a backseat lately.
Buy now and you will be rewarded greatly. The shares will get to 0.05. I said that when this was below .001 and above .015. The story hasn’t changed - it’s just been a test of investor patience.
